Returns

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. The piece must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in the packaging it arrived in. To start a return, WhatsApp us your order number and we'll send instructions. We refund to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return — bank transfer for COD, reversal for card. Sale items, intimate-wear, and custom orders aren't returnable unless they arrived damaged or wrong. If the piece arrived damaged, photograph it before unwearing and message us within 48 hours.
